The authors propose a case report analysis with step-by-step exclusion of possible non-psychiatric medical causes thyrotoxicosis in young girl. prolonged differential diagnosis eventually led to the drug-induced due anorexia nervosa patient. presented once again demonstrates importance carefully curated history, including psychiatric as well holistic and comprehensive all clinical manifestations. We analyzed this patient order test algorithm diagnosis. All information was anonymized, gave informed consent submission for publication.
